Delete your AgileBudget account
Delete your AgileBudget account from inside the app in Profile settings. If you cannot access the app, use the support contact on this page for manual help with account verification and removal.
Primary path: delete your account in the app. If you are locked out, email us from the address tied to your AgileBudget account and we will help verify the request.
Delete in app
Open AgileBudget, then go to Profile and choose Delete account to start permanent removal.
Verification first
The app shows a final warning before permanent deletion. If you use support fallback, we may ask for limited account verification first.
Permanent action
After confirmed deletion, account access and deleted data cannot be restored except for limited retained records below.
How to request deletion
- 1Open AgileBudget and go to Profile > Account > Delete account.
- 2Review the warning and confirm the permanent deletion request in the app.
- 3If you have an App Store or Google Play subscription, cancel it in store settings to stop future billing.
- 4If you cannot access the app, contact support from the email tied to your account for manual help.
Data deleted after verified request
- Account profile data
- Boards, periods, tasks, comments, and other workspace content tied to your account
- Files and attachments associated with your account, subject to shared-workspace review
- Personal settings and app data linked directly to your account
Data we may retain for limited periods
- Billing, transaction, tax, fraud-prevention, and legal records when retention is required
- Limited support records needed to process and confirm the deletion request
- Backup copies that expire through routine system retention windows
Retained records stay only as long as reasonably necessary for legal, security, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute, or backup recovery purposes. After those retention windows end, the remaining retained data is removed through normal cleanup processes.
Deleting your AgileBudget account does not cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel the subscription in store settings if you do not want future billing.
