Use AgileBudget lawfully, protect your account, and share only data you have the right to use.
Paid plans, mobile-store billing, and AI features may involve third-party providers that help us run the service.
AgileBudget supports budgeting and collaboration, but it is not financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice.

Acceptance of These Terms

link

By accessing or using AgileBudget, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use AgileBudget.

These terms apply to our website, mobile apps, beta features, support interactions, and related services we provide under the AgileBudget name.

Eligibility and Account Registration

link

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your location to use AgileBudget. If you create or manage a board for a household, team, or other group, you represent that you have authority to do so.

You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your login details secure, and controlling access to devices and accounts that can open AgileBudget.

  • Use a valid email address and keep account details reasonably current.
  • Maintain a strong password or other secure sign-in method.
  • Tell us promptly if you believe your account or shared board was accessed without permission.

Shared Boards, Invitations, and User Content

link

AgileBudget is built for shared planning. When you create a board, invite another person, upload a file, leave a comment, or assign work, you are directing us to process and show that content to the people you authorize inside that board.

You keep ownership of content you submit, but you give us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, store, transmit, format, and display it as needed to operate, secure, maintain, and improve AgileBudget.

  • Upload only material you own or have permission to use.
  • Do not upload malware, illegal content, or sensitive secrets that AgileBudget does not need.
  • You are responsible for choosing who can join a shared board and what they can see there.

Google Sign-In and Other Third-Party Access

link

AgileBudget may let you sign in using Google or other external identity tools we support. If you use that option, you authorize us to receive the account information needed to authenticate you, create or link your AgileBudget profile, and keep your session secure.

Your use of any external sign-in method is also subject to that provider's own terms and privacy policy.

  • Google user data we receive through sign-in is used only for authentication, account setup, security, and support of AgileBudget.
  • We do not sell Google user data and do not use Google user data obtained through sign-in to train generalized AI or machine-learning models.

AI Features

link

Some plans may include AI features that process prompts, workspace context, generated output, and temporary file inputs such as statement or receipt images or PDFs to produce summaries, suggestions, scans, exports, or other assistance. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it.

AI file inputs used for scanning are processed only to complete your request. We do not store the original AI scan source files on our servers after processing, except where temporary handling is technically required to complete request delivery.

We do not use your prompts, AI file inputs, workspace context, or AI responses to train generalized AI models for AgileBudget or third-party providers.

AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for your situation. Do not treat AI output as financial, legal, tax, accounting, or professional advice.

  • Do not submit regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal data to AI features.
  • You remain responsible for decisions, payments, filings, or communications based on AI output.

Acceptable Use

link

You may use AgileBudget only for lawful purposes and only in ways that do not interfere with the service, other users, or our providers.

  • Do not harass, defraud, impersonate, or mislead other people.
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, disable, overload, or bypass security or access controls.
  • Do not use AgileBudget to store payment card PINs, full bank passwords, or other highly sensitive credentials.
  • Do not upload content that infringes another person's rights or breaks the law.

Subscriptions, Billing, and Renewals

link

Some features require a paid plan. Pricing, plan limits, trial terms, and renewal timing are shown at or before purchase.

If you subscribe through Apple App Store or Google Play, billing, renewals, cancellations, and many refund decisions are handled by that platform under its own rules. We may use RevenueCat or similar subscription infrastructure to validate entitlements and subscription status across devices.

  • Subscriptions generally renew automatically until canceled.
  • Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or the relevant billing platform.
  • We may change pricing or plan structure for future periods with notice when required.

Third-Party Services We Use

link

AgileBudget depends on outside providers for infrastructure and product features. Those providers act under their own terms and privacy rules, and they may process limited data on our behalf so the service can work.

Our providers may change over time as our product changes. This list describes major categories and current examples rather than a promise that the list will never change.

  • Supabase for authentication, database, file storage, and serverless backend infrastructure.
  • Google for sign-in and related identity services when you choose Google authentication.
  • RevenueCat for subscription entitlement management and purchase status syncing.
  • Apple App Store and Google Play for in-app purchase billing, renewals, and refund workflows where applicable.
  • Vercel for website hosting, web delivery, and some rendered-output infrastructure.
  • OpenAI for AI assistant, AI scan processing, and AI-generated response features when available in your plan. We send only data needed to fulfill your request and do not use your AI inputs or outputs to train generalized AI models.
  • Expo and related mobile platform services for app delivery, linking, updates, and notifications support.

Intellectual Property and Feedback

link

AgileBudget, including our software, visual design, logos, text, branding, and service architecture, belongs to AgileBudget or our licensors and is protected by applicable law.

If you send feedback, ideas, or suggestions, you allow us to use them without restriction or obligation to you, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Availability, Changes, and Beta Features

link

We aim to keep AgileBudget available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Outages, maintenance windows, upgrades, provider issues, or security events may affect access.

We may add, remove, suspend, or change features, limits, layouts, integrations, or plan details at any time. Beta, preview, or experimental features may be changed or removed with little or no notice.

Disclaimers

link

AgileBudget is planning and collaboration software. It is not a bank, lender, broker, money transmitter, accountant, tax preparer, or law firm.

To extent permitted by law, AgileBudget is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

Limitation of Liability

link

To fullest extent allowed by law, AgileBudget and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or use arising from or related to the service.

To fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for claims relating to AgileBudget will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the service during the twelve months before the claim arose or fifty U.S. dollars.

Suspension and Termination

link

You may stop using AgileBudget at any time. We may suspend, limit, or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these terms, created risk for other users, broke the law, or threatened service security or integrity.

Sections that by nature should survive termination, including sections on ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations, and dispute-related issues, will survive.

Changes to These Terms

link

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the last-updated date on this page and may provide extra notice when changes are material.

Your continued use of AgileBudget after updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms.
